Downloaded and installed fine, but when I click on the play button in the launcher it does absolutely nothing. I even tried clicking directly on the exe. in the install folder. Ány ideas?
On launching the game, it asks for disk 2.

In order to run Red Faction Single+Multiplayer you need a 3rd party multiplayer patch called Pure Faction.
You need to download & install Pure Faction 3.0 from: http://nebulamods.com/pf/downloadout.php?mirror=0
VERY IMPORTANT: When you install this, make sure to select the C:GOG GamesRed Faction Directory.
Next, download the small update for Pure Faction called Pure Faction 3.0c:

Finally, for now on you must load the game through PFLauncher.exe.

Pure Faction is a community made patch for the PC game Red Faction 1. It adds functionality such as automatic map downloads, support for modern hardware, bug fixes, new maps, updated level editor, server creation assistance, first person spectate, a new user friendly ingame interface and many other features.
VERY IMPORTANT: When you load the game press F1 than press options. MAKE SURE THE "FIX WIDE SCREEN FOV" IS CHECKMARKED. Make sure Direct Mouse Input is enabled. In addition, set your mouse sensitivity to .15 or below if you actually want to get some frags. I also recommend making sure "High Quality Models" is check-marked aswell. All of the aforementioned can be found by pressing F1 than clicking on options. All of these bonus options are available because of Pure Faction :)
